For 18 years, Mike Baily has been helping businesses at Baily Insurance Agency. As a fourth-generation owner, Mike has a deep appreciation for the work he does at the agency. He understands how important it is to be a trusted advisor to his clients. Insurance is a complex product that most people don’t understand. Being an agent requires a high level of trust. At Baily Insurance, Mike strives to have integrity in every area of his work.

One of Mike’s major focus areas is working with municipalities. He focuses on helping municipalities implement best practices to control their insurance costs. Mike is passionate about utilizing a variety of tools to help his clients create an effective long-term insurance and risk management strategy.

Along with his work at Baily Insurance, Mike is committed to giving back to his community. In the past, he served on the boards of the Greene County Habitat for Humanity, Community Foundation of Greene County, Jefferson Baptist Deacons, and the Waynesburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he serves on the Greene County Memorial Hospital Foundation.

Mike and Cari, his amazing wife of nearly twenty-two years, live in Waynesburg with their eleven children. (That’s right – eleven!) So when he’s not busy serving his clients, Mike enjoys reading books, taking a side-by-side ride, jumping on the trampoline (please don’t tell his insurance agent 😊), or planning next steps for college with his kids. Or you just might find him running or biking with some of his kids on the Greene County roads or around the parks near his home.
